Send all files via wetransfer.com to [email protected]. In the NOTES section of file transfer, please include your Customer ID/Name   & ORDER NUMBER from the CART once you place order and payment process completed.

• Typical processing time ranges from 2 to 3 business days.
• Orders exceeding $200 for heat transfers within Ontario are eligible for free shipping.
• We accept design files in the following formats: .AI, .PDF, .PNG, .EPS, .SVG, .TIF, or .PSD.
• Ensure a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Higher dpi yields enhanced color vibrancy and sharper definition.
• Please note that we do not offer exact color matching.
• Verify the following:
  • Specify the dimensions of your design file in width and height, excluding any empty space on the artboard.
  • Eliminate transparent pixels from your design.
  • Resolution: 300dpi
  • Transparent background
  • Minimum line weight: 2 points.
  • Avoid translucent design
•  For gang sheets, the maximum printable width is 22 inches, and there is no specific length restriction.
• The minimum charge per piece is $0.20.
• If you require multiple orders to be shipped together under a single shipping charge, please place them on the same day.
• To expedite order processing within 24 hours, consider selecting the rush order option during checkout.
• Transfers are provided in roll format. Alternatively, we offer pre-cut transfers for an additional $0.20 each.
• Pricing:
  • Wholesale rate: $0.025 per square inch.
  • Retail rate: $0.05 per square inch.
