Orders processed on TrayInstore may be cancelled after payment is made but before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, send us an email at email@example.com or contact 1647-424-4716 prior to your order shipping, state the reason for requesting cancellation.
Once the item has been shipped it is ineligible for cancellation. Follow th instruction below t. See shipping and return for more details.
When an item is cancelled after payment has been made BUT before it has been shipped, we will refund the full price of the item. Be sure to check all your orders carefully before making payment. The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used for the purchase.

We will process all refunds promptly, however, it may take 3 – 30 business days to see refunds reflect in your account if refund request is accepted. You will receive the corresponding funds directly into your credit card or PayPal account within approximately five (5-7) business days of the date you receive notice that we have approved your refund request.
All refunds will be made in Canadian dollars. If after 30 days your refund is not seen in your account, please drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org. A TrayInstore customer service representative will respond to you by the following day.
