Shipping Local and Global (1-3 days for processing)

Shipping Canada + USA :  We use Canada service Shipping in Canada and to USA estimated to be delivered in most cases 1-2 weeks or 2 – 4 weeks. Shipping cost between $4.99 – and (Canada post) CAD items, free delivery on orders over $199 CAD.

Shipping International : other parts of the world shipping estimated to be delivered 4 – 6 weeks. 

Express Shipping : we are currently upgrading our logistics to offer 1-5 days shipping in the near future.

Returns

Orders made on TrayInstore.com are refundable (within the first few hours order place before fulfillment begins). We are currently not allowing any returns. All items are final sales. All items should be in original packaging (not open) to eligible for return. If you are having an issue with and order please reach out to our customer service to have this matter investigated. We will reach out to the seller to brought a resolution to the matter. See order cancellation for more details.

* Please note that your shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. All shipping usually shipped 1-3 days after the order is confirmed.  And can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
 
* Please submit a ticket within 2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
During peak sale season, the delivery time of  your package(s) may take a little bit longer.  Thanks for your patience. 
 
We can only accept returns on unopened product or defective products (all products are inspected before sent out to customers).
Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back.
Defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model.
Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
 
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused. , example below:

You may return any unopened Brand New product within 15 days of your product’s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#. See more information here 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
