How to Apply DFT:

To apply our premium Ron Russ DTF transfers, you’ll need a commercial-grade heat press. The even and heavy pressure provided by a commercial-grade press is essential for a flawless application. Cricut heat presses or at-home irons won’t suffice for this process.

When pressing, there’s no need for Teflon sheets or parchment paper, as using these can cause issues during pressing.

Follow these steps to apply your Ron Russ DTF transfers:

1. Prepress the garment to remove excess moisture.
2. Place the transfer on the shirt with the vibrant side facing up.
3. Set the pressing temperature between 285°F-300°F.
4. Apply pressure using HIGH 8-9 PSI.
5. Press the transfer for 20-25 seconds.
6. Peel the transfer in a HOT PEEL manner.
7. Optionally, you can do another 5-second press after the hot peel.

To maintain the longevity and vibrancy of your transfer, we recommend washing the garment inside out on a cool cycle. Hang drying or using a no/low heat tumble dry will reduce wear and tear on the graphic.

Please ensure you have proper knowledge of your heat press settings, pressing pressure, and peeling technique to avoid damaging the Tom and Jerry transfers. Non-commercial grade heat presses or irons are not suitable for using our transfers.
