With DTF, the application process is quick, easy, and straightforward! No more weeding or designing required, making it effortless for you. All you need is a heat press and a shirt to start your own business!

DTF transfers are incredibly versatile and can be applied to a wide range of materials, including poly/cotton blends and 100% cotton.

We offer DTF transfers in various sizes to cater to your needs:

• 3.5″ on the longest side – Pocket
• 7” on the longest side – Youth
• 8.5″ on the longest side – Regular Adult
• 10″ on the longest side – XL Adult

Wondering what DTF transfers are? They are a type of garment transfer created using water-based DTF ink printed onto clear release paper. This unique method allows you the flexibility to apply the transfer when and where you desire. DTF transfers can be made in both single color and full-color images, giving you countless design possibilities.

To apply our premium Ron Russ DTF transfers, you’ll need a commercial-grade heat press. The even and heavy pressure provided by a commercial-grade press is essential for a flawless application. Cricut heat presses or at-home irons won’t suffice for this process.

When pressing, there’s no need for Teflon sheets or parchment paper, as using these can cause issues during pressing.

Follow these steps to apply your Ron Russ DTF transfers:

1. Prepress the garment to remove excess moisture.
2. Place the transfer on the shirt with the vibrant side facing up.
3. Set the pressing temperature between 300°F-325°F.
4. Apply pressure using HIGH 8-9 PSI.
5. Press the transfer for 20-25 seconds.
6. Peel the transfer in a COLD PEEL manner.
7. Optionally, you can do another 5-second press after the cold peel.

To maintain the longevity and vibrancy of your transfer, we recommend washing the garment inside out on a cool cycle. Hang drying or using a no/low heat tumble dry will reduce wear and tear on the graphic.

Please ensure you have proper knowledge of your heat press settings, pressing pressure, and peeling technique to avoid damaging the transfers. Non-commercial grade heat presses or irons are not suitable for using our transfers.
